摘　　要：目的:探讨气管插管全麻在小儿手术中的应用价值。方法:对在我院施行气管插管全麻的2001年8月～2003年12月40例小儿手术的围手术期处理进行分析总结。结果:全组患儿术中生命体征平稳,麻醉效果满意。拔管后麻醉并发症的发生率为12.5%。结论:气管插管全麻能较好地应用于小儿的各类手术,较大手术更为适宜。Objective To study the application of general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation in pediatric operation. Method Forty perioperative managements were analysed retrospectively which of general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation in pediatric operations. Results All those vital indexes were steady and anesthetic effect satisfactory . The rate of anesthetic syndrome was 12.5% after unfixing tracheal intubation. Conclusion The general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation is preferable to all kinds pediatric operations,rather in those complicated pediatric operations.
