摘　　要：目的:测定尿微量蛋白在糖尿病肾病(DN)的意义。方法:用美国Beckman公司生产的Array360system免疫发光仪测定105例糖尿病患者尿微量蛋白含量。结果:无蛋白尿组、蛋白尿组α1-MG、β2-MG、Alb均升高(P<0.05。结论:联合检测可以判断肾脏受损程度,对早期诊断糖尿病肾病提供可靠依据。Objective To assent the clinical significance of detecting urine minimal protein level in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method The levels of urine minimal protein in 105 cases of patients with diabetes are detected with Array 360 system immune serial instrument which is produced by Beckman company in the United States. Results α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and albulin(Alb)are all increasing in non-proteinuria and proteinuria patients(P<0.05). Conclusion United detection can judge nephrine damaged degree,and it can supply reiable basis for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
