摘　　要：边境联合反空袭作战力量多元 ,突发性强 ,斗争复杂 ,具有战略决战性强、整体协同难、节奏转换快、残酷程度高等特点。政治工作必须从全局上思考和谋划 ,保证中央军委的战略方针、作战原则和命令、指示的全面贯彻落实 ;必须强化联合制胜的观念 ,充分发挥诸军兵种整体作战的威力 ;必须大胆改革创新 ,践墨随敌 ,快速高效。The fighting power of joint antiair warfare at border is multi-dimensional,and vary surprising,and the stuggle is very complicated, and it owns the strategic character,very diffcult to joint in integrity ,and it transforms rapidly,and it is very cruel.The political work must consider and plan in integrity ,and try to realize the strategic policy ,fighting principle and orders made by the CMC;and the concept of joint winning should be strengthened ,and try to tap the functions of all powers of the whole military forces;and we must reform and innovate bravely so as to win the coming high-tech warfare.
