摘 要:介绍了中国电子科技集团公司第十八研究所在锂离子电池炭负极材料方面的研究进展.炭材料包括无定形炭和改性天然石墨两种.无定形炭以竹子为原料于1000℃以下通过真空热解制得,介绍了在提高竹炭首次充放电效率方面取得的进展,目前竹炭的首次充放电效率达到85%以上,可逆容量大于450mAh/g,有望获得实际应用.在改性天然石墨研究方面,介绍了在提高振实密度、用沥青热解炭包覆和化学气相沉积炭处理天然石墨等方面的工作进展,现阶段改性天然石墨的综合性能指标和国外同类产品相当,达到了实际应用的要求.The research progress, made by No.18 Research Institute, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, in carbon materials for anodes of lithium ion batteries was reviewed. Two kinds of carbon materials, i.e. amorphous carbon and natural graphite, were included. Amorphous carbon was prepared under vacuum below 1 000 ℃ using bamboo as precursor and the advance to enhance its first cycling efficiency was introduced. Up to now, the cycling efficiency and reversible capacity in the first cycle for bamboo-derived carbon exceeded 85% and 450 mAh/g, respectively, which show promising for use of anodes of lithium ion batteries. Regarding to natural graphite, progresses in improving its tap density and carbon coating by way of pyrolysis of pitch and chemical vapor decomposition of toluene were described. The comprehensive performances of modified natural graphite are similar to those of counterparts abroad, which arrive at practical usage level.
