摘  要:目的 探讨同型半光氨酸 (Hcy)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、P物质 (SP)对血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)脂质过氧化的影响及冠心病的关系。方法 以培养的大鼠VSMC为模型 ,观察Hcy对其脂质过氧化的影响及相关血管活性肽的调节作用。结果 ① 1 0mmol/L的Hcy作用后 ,VSMC的丙二醛 (MDA)含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;② 10 -7M的CGRP、SP分别与 1 0mmol/L的Hcy共同作用后 ,VSMC的MDA含量均减少 ,与Hcy对照组比较差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 Hcy可能通过增强VSMC脂质过氧化作用引起VSMC损伤 ,与冠心病发病有一定关系。CGRP、SP对Hcy有拮抗作用。Objectives To investigate the influence of isotype cysteine and calcitoningene-related peptid(CGRP) substance on vascular smoth muscle cells(VSMC) due to lipid peroxide and their relationship with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods Using model of culture big murine VSMC, we observed the influence of Hcy on lipid peroxide and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide. Results (1)MDA of VSMC affected by 1.0 mmol/L Hcy the Hcy group was significantly higher than in the control group(CG) (P<0.01);(2)After affecting of CGRP×10 -7 and SP respectively with 1.0 mmol/L Hcy, MDA of VSMC was significantly reduced (P<0.01) in the Hcy group compared with the control group. Conclusions Hcy maybe lcads to VSMC injury through strengthening lipid peroxide and relates to development of coronary artery disease. CGRP and SP have antagonistic effect on Hcy.
