摘  要:目的 研究纳络酮对加速度作用后产生超重状态的大鼠脑组织中脑啡肽、强啡肽的作用及尾部痛阈的影响。方法 将大鼠分为对照组、生理氯化钠溶液组和纳络酮组。分别施加 +1加速度 (+Gz)、高 +Gz和±Gz(正、负加速度 )交替的作用。作用后测定甩尾反射潜伏期和脑啡肽、强啡肽的含量。结果 高 +Gz和±Gz交替作用使二种肽类含量增多 ,痛阈增高 ;且±Gz交替作用明显。生理氯化钠组与对照组比较 ,无显著性差异 ;纳络酮组与对照组和生理氯化钠溶液组分别比较 ,二种肽类含量虽有所减少 ,但无统计学意义 ,大鼠尾部痛阈降低明显。结论 高 +Gz和±Gz交替作用使两种肽类含量增多 ,痛阈增高 ;且±Gz交替作用明显。纳络酮可以拮抗两种肽类的镇痛作用 ,并降低大鼠痛阈。Aim To investigate the changes of dynorphin and enkephalin with naloxone in rat’s brain tissue and the pain threshold of tail flick after positive and negative acceleration loaded.Methods 30 Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups randomly:control group,sodium monoxide group and naloxone group.Each group was loaded with +1Gz,bigger +Gz and ±Gz,then determined the contents of dynorphin and enkephalin and the pain threshold of tail flick.Results The result showed that the contents of dynorphin and enkephalin and the pain threshold increased after bigger +Gz and ±Gz loaded and the ±Gz group increased significantly.Sodium monoxide group had no difference with control group and the contents of dynorphin and enkephalin in the naloxone group changed little,but pain threshold of tail flick decreased.Conclusion Bigger +Gz and ±Gz increased the contents of dynorphin and enkephalin in brain tissue,and the ±Gz group increased significantly.The naloxone had resisted the two dynorphin and enkephalin,and pain threshold of tail flick decreased.
