摘　　要：目的　建立醋酸曲安奈德搽剂的含量测定方法。方法　采用分光光度法 ,在 4 84nm波长处 ,分别测定供试品溶液和对照液的吸收度 ,以二者比值计算醋酸曲安奈德的含量。结果　醋酸曲安奈德在 5～ 35 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,回归方程为 :A =3.2 75C× 10 -2 - 1.335× 10 -2 ;r =0 .9998(n =6 )。三批样品含量测定结果均在限度范围内。加样平均回收率为 99.1% ,RSD为 1.6 9%。结论　方法准确 ,特异性好 ,重现性好 ,适合该制剂的含量测定。Aim To establish the method for determining the content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in liniment.Methods A spectrometric method was performed.The absorbance values of the sample solutions and contrast ones were determined respectively at 484nm wavelength.On the basis of the values of both,the percentage contents of triamicinolone acetate were calculated.Results The linear range was 5～35μg·ml -1 .The regression euation was A=3.275C×10 -2 -1.335×10 -2 with the cerrelation coefficient 0.999 8 all content results for three groups of the samples were in the limited range.The average recovery was 99.1%.RSD=1.69%.Conclusion The method is accurate with a good reappearence and it is suitable for the assay of the preparation.
