摘  要:用3种不同方法测量了钛酸钡微晶粉料在铁电相变过程中表观介电常数的变化。用理论模型说明了不显露出宏观的介电常数居里峰的原因.对钛酸钡的测量证实了理论结果。按理论预言,测量了钛酸锶钡粉料与水混合成两相不均匀系的相变介电峰,实验结果与理论公式符合得很好。实验还表明,用TSC方法可以很好地观察到粉料的极性相变。The apparent permittivity of Barium Titanate ultrafine grain in the ferroelectric phase transformation range has been measured with three different means.A theoretical model is apˉplied to explain the phenomenon that it don′t appear microscopic dielectric constant curie peak during ferroelectric phase transition process,and the theoretical result is confirmed by the exˉperiment of BT powder.On the basis of this model,the dielectric properties of ultrafine grain on ferroelectric phase transitions can not be observed correctly by ordinary means.In addition,the dielectric peaks of a nonhomogeneous system with fine barium strontium titanate powder mixed in a water matrix were measured correctly in this paper.Experimental results are in good agreeˉment with our theoretical model.But using TSC measurement can detect the polar transition of powder.
