钉螺静水运动规律的实验研究

摘　　要：通过自制多种不同的集螺池模型观察钉螺的截留率,以及钉螺在不同温度、不同pH和不同介面情况下的爬行速度,从几个方面获得钉螺的生物学行为研究资料。结果表明,自制的模型(M_4)对钉螺截留率为100%;不同龄螺的平移速度在1.11cm^1.89cm/s;钉螺上爬速度随温度增加而增加;pH值偏酸或偏碱对钉螺上爬都有影响;不同材料的介面对钉螺上爬速度无影响,而对介面进行打磨处理则可降低钉螺上爬的速度。This paper reported that the stem-stay rates of the different self-made models of Oncomelania were observed under the different conditions of temperature, pH and surfaces. The results showed that the stem-stay rates of all the different self-made models were 100%, that the level-climb ing speed of the oncomelania of different age was 1.11 - 1.89cm/s and that the up-climbing speed was increased with the increase of the temperature affected by meta-acid or meta-alkaline in pH and de creased by tne ground surfaces, but not affected by different material surfaces.
