摘　　要：介绍了制丝生产工艺流程及配料系统中PLC主要控制功能的实现方法 ,分析了该系统的基本结构及工作原理 ,并提出了制丝配料系统软、硬件的设计方法 ,增强了系统的可靠性和安全性 ,提高了制丝工艺的生产效率 .This paper introduces the process of tobacco-curing production and presents how to realize the control of PLC in tobacco-curing system for material-mixing.The basic structure and principle of this system are analyzed.At the same time,according to circumstances the designs of hardware and software in this system are presented.The system with PLC has better property and reliability and it puts up the productivity of tobacco-curing.
