摘　　要：扩大就业再就业要注重发展劳动密集型产业、中小企业、非公有制经济和灵活就业形式。融资难是做到四个"注重"中的一个瓶颈问题。应加快建立中小企业融资体系,创新金融产品,积极推进信用体系和中小企业信用担保体系建设,加大金融对促进就业的支持力度。Expanding employment and reemployment must emphasize the developing form of labor-intensive industry, small and medium sized enterprise, non-stated economy and flexible employment. The difficulty of financial fund is the bottleneck which we should pay importance to the four ' attentions' Speed up building the financial fund system of those enterprises, create new products, push on credit system and construction of credit guarantees and strengthen the financial supported dynamics of promoting employment.
