摘　　要：通过阐明目前解决农民问题的措施,指出当前任务所在:进行税费改革、调整产业结构、发展乡镇企业、加大政府对农业的管理和投资力度。Solve peasant's problem measure at present through expounding, point out present task place: Carry on the reform of expenses of taxation, adjust the industrial structure, developping the township enterprise, strengthen the management to agriculture of the government and dynamics of investment.
