摘  要:对金刚石 -硬质合金系统不同烧结阶段快速冷却固化的实验样品的X射线衍射分析结果表明 ,金刚石 -硬质合金系统高压烧结经历了金刚石粉末超高压破碎、金刚石表面石墨化、金刚石溶解 -析出以及金刚石聚晶结构形成和长大等一系列复杂的烧结过程。进一步计算结果表明 ,在 5 .8GPa ,1 4 0 0℃超高压烧结过程中 ,碳在钴熔体中的饱和溶解度为 3.6 % ,析出的金刚石微晶的平均粒度为 0 .0 5 9μm。The quick quenched PDC samples sintered under high pressure of 5.8 GPa and at different temperature from 1300℃to 1600℃ were analyzed by XRD. It was found that the diamond diffraction peaks changed from widening to sharpening and finally to widening, the graphite (002) peaks changed from the strong to the weak and then disappeared, and the cobalt (311) peak separated from diamond (311) peak to a relative lower angle position and then to returning to overlapping position as the sintering temperature increasing from 1300℃to 1500℃. This revealed that the sintering process of PDC experienced diamond crushing, surface graphitization and crystallization of the dissolution and precipitation processes. The calculation results from the XRD data showed that the saturated solubility of carbon in the cobalt melt was about 3.6% and the grain size of the precipitated crystallites was about 0.059μm under 5.8 GPa and at 1400℃.
