摘 要:研究了TiC粒径与TiCp/ 3Al2 O3 2SiO2 基复合材料的横向断裂强度和断裂韧度之间的关系 ,探讨了低温冷处理对复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,添加适宜粒径的TiC颗粒能够提高 3Al2 O3 2SiO2 材料的横向断裂强度和断裂韧度 ,TiC颗粒增韧的粒径范围为 1 4~ 2 6 μm ;增强的粒径范围为 <1 4 μm。低温冷处理不仅可以进一步提高复合材料的强度和韧性 ,而且可以改变增韧的粒径范围 ,使增韧和增强的粒径范围部分重合 。The relationship between the transverse rupture strength, fracture toughness and TiC particle size in TiC p/3Al 2O 32SiO 2 composite were investigated The effects of cold treatment on the properties of TiC p/3Al 2O 32SiO 2 composite were studied The results obtained show that the addition of TiC particle can enhance the transverse rupture strength and fracture toughness of the composite, grain size range in toughening of TiC p is from 14μm to 26μm and that in strengthening is less than 14μm The cold treatment not only increases strength and toughness further but also changes grain size range in toughening of TiC p Thereby, TiC p grain size range in toughening and that in strengthening overlap partly The results provide the basis in the design of strengthening and toughening of materials and in the formulation of technological parameters
