摘　　要：量词辖域的研究近二十年来一直是国外语言学家研究的重点但我国语言学界对这一领域还比较陌生研究成果也不多本文对英汉语量词辖域的歧义研究作了较为全面的介绍全文分为四个部分 第一部分简述量词辖域的歧义问题 第二部分谈英语中违反量词辖域歧义的两种现象以及对这种特殊现象的解释第三部分重点介绍 Aoun and Li 对英汉语量词辖域歧义的研究以及Hisat sugu 和ErnstThe present paper offers a survey of the contrastive studies of the scopal ambiguity in English and Chinese quantification. The strength and weaknesses of the studies are examined. The paper consists of four parts. In Part 1, a brief introduction is made to the study in this field. In Part 2, two counter-examples that violate canonical scopal interpretation in English are introduced and the explanations of them are made. Part 3 presents an overview of the studies on the scopal ambiguity in English and Chinese quantification, with emphasis on Aoun and Li's studies and the latest studies by Hisatsugu and Ernst. The paper ends with a critique in Part 4.
