摘　　要：本文通过深入分析苏联人思想演变的原因及其表现 ,认为“60年代人”构成了苏联剧变的群众基础 ,其代表人物成为苏联剧变的的直接推动者 ,苏联人思想的根本变化直接导致苏联剧变。进而总结指出 ,社会主义国家只有创造出高于资本主义的生产力 ,建设高度的社会主义民主政治 ,正确开展马克思主义理论宣传教育工作 ,坚持不懈地开展改革 ,才能在广大人民中确立坚定的社会主义、共产主义信念 ,巩固和发展社会主义制度。In this article, examines the causes and manifestations of the evolution of the thought of the Soviet Union people The author holds that “the people of the 1960's” are the mass basis of the violent change of the Soviet Union, which was directly promoted by the representatives of those people The fundamental changes of the thoughts of Soviet Union people directly caused the violent change So the author points out as a summary that the Socialist countries have to create productive forces that are higher than those of the Capitalist countries, to construct a high degree of democratic politics, to correctly develop the propaganda and education of Marxism, and to consistently carry out the reform in order to establish a steadfast belief in Socialism among the broad masses, and to solidify and develop the socialist system
