摘　　要：本文分析了社会党国际人权观的演变过程、概念、原则、特征和内容 ,认为社会党国际人权观是西方资产阶级对人权的看法 ,其核心思想是以渐进改良的手段改造资本主义社会 ,在全世界实现民主社会主义的理想社会。冷战后社会党国际人权观的变化是西方国家的全球战略发生调整的表现。如果说冷战前社会党国际人权理论主要是东西方对抗的工具 ,那么冷战后其人权理论既是西方国家控制、干涉第三世界的工具 ,也是它所要实现的纲领。This article analyses the process of evolution, concepts, principles, characters and contents of Socialist International's views of human rights Socialist International's views of human rights are the standpoints of the bourgeois of the West The core of its thoughts of it is to rebuild the capitalist society through means of gradually reforming and realize the ideal society of social democracy It is a tool for confrontation before the Cold War and a tool used by the West to control, intervene in the Third World after post-Cold War At the same time, it is also a creed of Socialist International that will be realized in future
