肺心病患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原、Ⅳ型胶原及脯氨酸肽酶测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究肺心病患者血清中Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、Ⅳ型胶原 (CⅣ )及脯氨酸肽酶 (PLD)的含量变化及其临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法检测血清中PCⅢ与CⅣ含量 ;用分光光度比色法检测血清中PLD含量。结果 :肺心病患者血清中PCⅢ、CⅣ及PLD均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且其升高程度与病情相关。结论 :肺心病患者血清PCⅢ、CⅣ及PLD水平可作为估价肺血管重建、肺动脉高压及患者病情的参考指标。Objective:To study content changes and clinical significance of procollagen (PCⅢ), collagen Ⅳ (CⅣ) and prolidase (PLD) in the serum of patients with cor pulmonale.Methods:PCⅢ and CⅣ in serum were tested respectively by radioimmunoassay; PLD in serum were tested by spectrocolorimetry.Results:All the contents of PCⅢ, CⅣ and PLD in the serum of patients with cor pulmonale are obviously higher than the control group (P<0.01) and the degree of increas is correlated to patient's conditions.Conclusion:The levels of PCⅢ, CⅣ and PLD can be used as reference in evaluating the rebuilding of pulmonary blood vessels, pulmonary hypertension and patient general's conditions.
