摘　　要：韶关发电厂10号机组分散控制系统(DCS)在运行过程中出现保护信号误发、多功能处理卡MFP故障、DCS与数字电液调节系统(DEH)接口逻辑不完善、摸拟量控制(MCS)柜失电等问题,分析了问题产生的原因并提出相应的解决方法,目前系统运行稳定,控制逻辑满足安全生产的要求。最后,指出在设计、调试和生产过程中应该注意的事项,以保证DCS安全稳定地运行。The distributed control system(DCS) for Unit 10 in Shaoguan Power Plant experienced problems such as false action of protection, failure of multiple function processor(MFP), defective interface logic for DCS and digital electro^hydraulic(DEH) control system, and loss of power in modulating control system(MCS) cabinet. The reasons of the problems are analyzed and solutions to them presented.The modified system is running stably at present and the control logic satisfies the demand of operation.Points for attention during the design,commissioning and operation of DCS are also indicated to ensure the stable running of DCS.
