摘　　要：文章通过特尔菲法建立少数民族地区旅游开发条件评价的指标体系，利用该指标体系对甘肃省肃南县和贵州省黎平县进行单项评分和综合评价，并依据分析结果对两地旅游业的发展提出建议。This article has constructed an index system of reviewing the conditions of the development of tourist industry in different minority areas by the method of Telfy.Using such a index system,the author has evaluated Sunan county of Gansu Province and Liping county of Guizhou Province from one target to another,and then given these two counties some advice on how to develop tourist industry according to the comprehensive research results.
