摘  要:采用规范化的程序获取 6个不同来源小果博落回样品的对照物质 (CSPD)及其1HNMR图谱 ;从小果博落回CSPD中分得 6个单体成分 ,其结构分别被鉴定为二氢血根碱 ( 1 )、二氢白屈菜红碱 ( 2 )、6 甲氧基二氢血根碱 ( 3 )、6 甲氧基二氢白屈菜红碱 ( 4 )、齐墩果酸 ( 5 )和原阿片碱 ( 6)。通过各单体化合物的1HNMR图谱与CSPD的1HNMR图谱的对比研究 ,实现了小果博落回的1HNMR指纹图的解析。研究结果表明 :6个不同来源的小果博落回样品 ,其1HNMR指纹图有很好的重现性和高度的特征性 ,并主要显示以上生物碱类成分的特征共振信号 ,可做为其基源鉴定的参考。The control substance of plant drugs (CSPDs) and their 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra for six samples of Macleaya microcarpa (Maxim.) Fedde collected from different regions were obtained by standard procedure. Six pure compounds were isolated from the CSPD of this plant and their structures were elucidated as dihydrosanguinarine(1), dihydrochelerythrine(2), 6-methoxydihydrosanguinarine(3), 6-methoxydihydrochelerythrine(4) , oleanolic acid(5)and protopine(6), respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic techniques. The characteristic signals in the 1H NMR fingerprints of CSPDs of M. microcarpa were assigned by the comparative analysis of the 1H NMR spectra of CSPDs and these pure compounds. It can be revealed that the 1H NMR fingerprints of the samples of M. microcarpa. collected from different regions have highly characteristic features and reproducibility, and shows mainly the characteristic signals of the above alkaloids. They can be utilized for the original authentication of this plant species.
