摘　　要：目的 :研究减少颈髓损伤患者的并发症 ,降低病死率 ,促进康复的最佳护理对策。方法 :对患者及家属进行心理疏导和健康教育 ;用自行设计的翻身床为患者翻身 ,掌握好颈髓损伤患者各个环节的护理需求。结果 :颈髓损伤患者的护理并发症降至 13% ,病死率降至 1. 19% ,平均住院日缩短了 16d。结论 :通过对颈髓损伤患者及家属细致的心理疏导和健康教育 ,提高了他们战胜疾病的信心 ,与医护人员积极配合。特制翻身床的设计与使用 ,减少患者翻身时躯体的扭曲 ,降低了护理人员体力劳动强度 ,减少褥疮等并发症的发生 。Objective:To reduce complications after cervical spinal cord injury lower mortality improve convalescence.Method:We had provide psychological induction and health education changed urine catheter once two weeks urine examination,help patients to roll from one side to another.Result:Complication incidence lowered to 13%,mortality to 1.19% hospitalized duration reduced by 16 days.Conclusion:Psychological inducetion and health education can make patients more cooperative,reduce urinary system infection rate,reduce bed sore incidence,improve their convalescane.
