摘　　要：目的 :研究寿尔智胶囊对海马神经元c fos基因表达的影响 ,探讨中药防治阿尔茨海默病 (Allzheimer’sdementia ,AD)的机理。方法 :运用血清药理学、免疫细胞化学、组织化学方法 ,观察寿尔智胶囊含药血清对体外培养新生Wistar鼠海马神经元c fos基因表达的影响。结果 :寿尔智胶囊防治老年性痴呆 ,与其具有调节细胞凋亡和抗衰老作用 ,并可抑制过渡的c fos基因表达有关。结论 :寿尔智胶囊有助于老年痴呆的防治 。Though the observation of the effects of Shouerzhi capsule upon c-fos genetic expression of hippocampus neurons,the preventive and therapeutic mechanism of Alzheimer's dementia with traditional Chinese herbs has been studied Methods: By way of seropharmacology and immunocytochemistry histochemistry,observe the influence of the serum with Shouerzhi capsule upon c-fos genetic expression of hippocampus neuron cultured in vitro of new-born Wistar rats Results: Shouerzhin capsule can decrease c-fos genetic expression in hippocampus neurons Consequently it influences the apoptosis of hippocampus neurons and protects the brain All experiments above have proved that Shouerzhi capsule and treat Alzheimer's dementia Conclusion: Shouerzhi capsule is helpful for the prevention of senile dementia,which can delay the process of senility
