摘 要:目的 :研究苯海拉明 (D)与普鲁卡因 (P)传导麻醉的协同作用 ,为临床联合用药提供理论依据。方法 :采用醋酸扭体实验及热板法致痛实验观测其镇痛作用 ,并用神经盒及RM 6 2 4 0生物信号采集系统观察其对蛙坐骨神经动作电位的影响。结果 :普鲁卡因及D +P复方制剂组对醋酸致小鼠腹痛 ,热板法致小鼠足痛均有明显的镇痛作用 ,并能抑制蛙坐骨神经动作电位的传导。苯海拉明有弱的镇痛作用 ,无坐骨神经动作电位阻滞作用。D +P复方制剂的镇痛及抑制神经动作电位传导作用 ,均大于其组分苯海拉明和普鲁卡因。结论To research synergetic anesthetic effect of diphenhydramine(D) and procaine(P). Methods: Acetic acid caused body turning experiment and hot plate-induced pain experiment were used to observe analgesic effect, and the influence of action potential of frog sciatic nerve was observed by nerve chamber and muti-media RM6240 system. Results: Procaine and D+P compound has remarkable analgesic effect of pain in mice induced by acetic acid and hot-plate. It also inhibited action potential transmission of frog sciatic nerve. Diphenhydramine has faint analgestic effect but was not able to inhibit action potential transmission of frog sciatic nerve.Conclusion: D+P compound had greater effect of analgesia and inhibition of nerve action potential transmission than that of diphenhydramine and procaine respectively.
