摘 要:背景:实验和临床研究证实壳多糖具有减肥和降低血脂的作用,但是因用量较大存在一定的副作用。目的:观察复方壳多糖对生长期大鼠体质量和血脂水平的影响。设计:完全随机化分组实验。地点和材料:80只SPF级别的3~4周龄健康雄性SD大鼠分为4组饲养于四川省卫生管理干部学院具有屏障系统的恒温动物房内,各实验指标检测在本院实验室进行。干预:A组为正常对照组,喂饲基础饲料、B组为高脂对照组,喂饲高脂饲料、C组为壳多糖组,喂饲壳多糖饲料、D组为复方壳多糖组,喂饲复方壳多糖。主要观察指标:饲养4周后检测各组动物体质量等生长发育指标和血清脂质。结果:①体长和尾长:各组动物饲后均有不同程度的增加,尤其是C组犤(17.73±0.99)cm犦明显,与A组犤(16.50±1.03)cm犦和B组犤(16.35±0.74)cm犦差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②三酰甘油:B组犤(1.5680±0.3000)mmol/L犦显著高于A犤(0.9404±0.2864)mmol/L犦、D犤(0.6665±0.2567)mmol/L犦和C组犤(0.8629±0.3382)mmol/L犦(P<0.05);D组最低,与A、C组差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。③HDL-c和HDL-c/三酰甘油:D组犤分别为(0.6367±0.1223)mmol/L和0.265〗明显增高,与B组犤分别为(0.4821±0.1058)mmol/L和0.200犦、C组犤分别为(0.5213±0.0938)mmol/L和0.209〗比较差异有显著?BACKGROUND:Experimental and clinical studies have demonstrated that chitosan can reduce body mass and blood lipid level.However,it induces some side effects due to large doses. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of compound chitosan on body mass and blood lipid level of rats in growing period. DESIGN:Completely randomized grouping experiment. SETTING AND PARTICIPANTS:A total of 80 healthy SD rats(SPF degree),aged 3-4 weeks old,were divided into 4 groups and fed in the animal room with constant temperature with barrier system in Sichuan Continuing Education College of Medical Sciences.All experimental indexes were measured in the laboratory of our college. INTERVENTIONS:Group A was normal control group and treated with essential diet;Group B was high lipid control group and treated with high lipid diet;Group C was chitosan group and fed with chitosan diet;Group D was compound chitosan group and treated with compound chitosan diet. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Growth and development indexes like body mass and blood serum lipid of the rats four weeks after feeding. RESULTS:①Body length and tail length:The mass and length increased in different degrees in the animals of all the groups,especially significantly in group C [(283.57±44.96),(17.73±0.9) cm],which indicated significant difference as compared with that of group A [(248.15±42.16)(16.50±1.03) cm] and group B [(242.06±35.90)(16.35±0.74) cm](P< 0.05).②Triacylglycerol(TG):TG was significantly higher in group B[(1.568 0±0.300 0) mmol/L] than in group A[(0.940 4 ±0.286 4) mmol/L],group D [(0.666 5±0.256 7) mmol/L] and group C[(0.8629±0.3382) mmol/L](P< 0.05).Group D had the lowest TG level with significant difference as compared with groups A and C(P< 0.05).③High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) and HDL C/TG:HDL C and HDL C/TG were increased significantly in group D[(0.636 7±0.122 3) mmol/L and 0.265, respectively] as compared with in group B[(0.482 1±0105 8) mmol/L and 0.200,respectively] and group C[(0.521 3±1.093 8) mmol/L and 0.209,res
