摘　　要：通过对300MW燃煤机组锅炉回转式空气预热器的漏风原因分析,提出空气预热器“单密封”向“双密封”形式改进的可行性方案,实际改造结果与理论分析一致,此项改进是解决回转式空气预热器漏风大、自动漏风控制系统可靠性差的一个有效方法。Based upon the analysis of air leakage causes of rotary air preheaters for 300 MW coal--fired boiler, the feasibility scheme of airpreheater retrofitting from 'single sealing' to 'dual sealing' was put forward, and the actual retrofitting results were consistent with theTheuretical analysis. This retrofitting is an effective method for solving large air leakage and poor reliability of automatic air leakage controlsystem of rotary air preheater.
