摘　　要：在阐述运行优化软件的设计原理、优化过程的基础上,介绍某电厂在开发和使用该软件的过程中进行的运行管理探索和改革。该运行软件的应用使信息技术和生产管理有效结合起来,真正实现了运行管理的创新,对今后类似软件的开发和使用具有借鉴作用。Based on explaining the design principle and optimization process of OPTIPRO system, this paper briefs the operation managementexploration and reform carried out during the development and application process of this software in one power plant. The application of thisoperation software combines the information technology and production management effectively, truly putting the innovation of operationmanagement into effect. It helps develop and use such kind of software in the future as well.
