摘　　要：目的 用彩色多普勒技术观察腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术前后的子宫动脉血供变化。方法 对25例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤摘除术同时予子宫动脉上行支阻断的患者,手术前后分别测定两侧子宫动脉上行支的血流变化并测定RI、PI。 结果 25例患者手术后RI升高(P<0.01)。 结论 腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术改变子宫内动脉血流分布,RI增高,并存在显著性差异。Purpose To observe blood supply changes of uterine artery in before and after uterine artery block operation by laparoscope with color Doppler utrasound. Methods The resisted in two side of uterine artery ascending branch were measured during before and after uterine artery block operation by laparoscope in 25 patients with color Doppler utrasound.RI、PI were measured. Results After operation in 25 patients,RI were increaced.(P<0.01). Conclusion The distribution of blood flow of uterine artery is changed after uterine artery block operation .
