摘 要:通过2年田间定位试验,研究了冀东地区不同促腐条件下玉米秸秆连续直接还田对土壤有机质、养分和生物活性的影响。结果表明,玉米秸秆直接还田可明显增加土壤有机质及有效性氮、磷、钾养分含量,提高土壤酶活性。在调节秸秆C/N15∶1~35∶1范围内,秸秆不同C/N对土壤上述性质的影响无明显差异;在调节秸秆C/N的前提下配施促腐剂,土壤有效性氮、磷含量和酶活性较未配施促腐剂处理呈现良好的增加趋势,秸秆直接还田配施促腐剂有利于土壤生物活性的提高和土壤养分的活化。 A two-year field-orientation experiment was conducted in the eastern part of Hebei Province.The effects on soil organic matter and nutrients and biological activities by applying maize stalk directly in the field were studied.The results showed that application of maize stalk in the field could remarkably raise the content of organic soil matter and available N and P and K nutrients and improve soil enzyme activities.By adjusting the proportion of stalk C/N from 15∶1 to35∶1,there was no remarkable difference for organic soil matter and nutrient and biological activities.Comparatively,maize stalk after adjusting the proportion of straw C/N with transformation promoter application not only raised the content of available soil N and P,but also raised soil enzyme activities.To sum up,(application) of maize stalk combined with transformation promoter improved soil's biological activities and the content of available nutrients.
