摘 要:2002年12月29日,在河北迁安首钢大石河铁矿孟家沟矿区,成功地进行了一次装药量为1301t的条形药包定向抛掷硐室大爆破。本文介绍了这次爆破的药室布置原则、最小抵抗线的选取、端部效应处理、药包药量计算等。爆破中采用了自锁效应,以减少堵塞长度。采用频响效应和微差爆破技术,以确定最大一段起爆药量,降低爆破地震效应。这次爆破的方量约180万m3,抛掷率60%;爆破块度均匀,基本上无大块,爆破效果完全达到设计要求。A directional throwing coyote blast with linear charges of 1301tons was successfully carried out on 29 Dec.,2002 in Dashihe Iron Mine,Shougang Corporation.This paper introduced the principle of charged chamber disposal,selection of the least resistances,treatment of end effect, calculation of charge weight and so on.The self-locking effect was adopted to shorten the length of filling.the millisecond delay blasting and frequency response effect were used to reduce the ground vibration induced by blasting and to determine the maximal charge weight per delay interval.The rock and soil of 1.8 million cubic meters was blasted with 60 percent of throw-out ratio.The blasting result with even fragmentation is in line with design demand completely.
