摘  要:为了解决在煤热解制取高质量燃料气过程中焦油带来的问题,提出了在流化床稀相段空间利用CaO作催化剂将焦油温和地转化为气体的新方法,考察了不同温度下氧化钙对煤热解生成焦油催化裂解行为的影响.结果表明:CaO在650℃以下对焦油转化具有明显的催化作用,在700℃以上CaO的作用变小.CaO的增加降低了除苯和C6-C10脂肪烃以外所有的焦油组份的产率,并分别在700℃以下和650℃以下提高了气体的产率和热值.In order to solve the problem of tar in pyrolysis process of coal to produce high quality fuel gas, a novel method of using CaO as catalyst in freeboard of fluidized bed to mildly convert the tar into gas has been proposed and the influence of CaO on tar cracking in the freeboard of fluidized bed at different temperatures is investigated. The result shows that the catalytic effect of CaO on tar conversion is great just below 650 C and becomes small above 700 C. The addition of CaO decreases the yield of all tar components except benzene and C6-C10 aliphatics. Meanwhile the addition of calcium oxide can increase the gas yield when the freeboard temperature is below 700 C and improve the gas heating value just when the freeboard temperature is below 650 C.
