摘 要:目的 测定北京地区婴儿超声波沿骨骼长轴的传播速度 (SOS) ,定量地监测骨骼强度。方法 共检测 3 17例 0~ 2月的北京地区健康婴儿 ,测定身高、体重 ,并采用标准方法测定婴儿胫骨中段的SOS值 ;以Sunlight系统内提供的SOS值为参照标准。结果 ①得出 0~ 2月的北京地区健康婴儿骨骼SOS的正常值。②北京地区 0~ 2月健康婴儿骨骼SOS值与系统提供的SOS值比较有明显差异。③不同季节测定的婴儿骨骼SOS结果之间有差异。结论不同地区、不同季节的婴儿骨骼SOS测量结果不同 ,应建立相应的正常值标准。Objective To assess the bone strength of Beijing 0-2month healthy infants Methods Three hundreds and seventeen Beijing 0~2 month healthy infants were examined In all infants height and weight were measured The speed of sound (SOS) was measured at midshaft tibia The reference curves by gender was obtained from the Sunlight System,Sunlight company Results ①The nomal value of the SOS at midshaft tibia in Beijing 0-2 month healthy infants was determined ② There were obvious differsnces between the SOS of Beijing 0-2 month healthy infants and the SOS of Sunlight System ③ There were obvious differsnces between the SOS of each season in Beijing 0-2 month healthy infants Conclution Each area and each season have different SOS,the corresponsive standard value should be established
