摘　　要：物流作为企业的第三利润源,越来越受到制造企业、流通企业等多方面的重视,本文综合分析国内外目前物流行业的状况,结合发达国家已有的经验,提出我国物流行业将在工商企业物流外包、物流增值服务、电子物流、产业整合等方面的发展趋势。Logistics as source of the third profit, is playing a more important role nowadays. Considering the experience of the developed country, we analyse the status both in and out of the country, and point out that logistics in China will develop in internal logistics outsourcing, logistics service, electronic logistics and industrial integration.
