摘  要:目的 :探讨各种胆红素对过氧化物酶偶联Trinder反应的甘油三酯氧化酶测定方法的影响。方法 :配制含有不同浓度的未结合胆红素 (Bu)、结合胆红素 (Bc)、δ胆红素 (δ Bil)的血清 ,通过测定甘油三酯浓度分析不同胆红素对甘油三酯氧化酶方法的干扰。结果 :来自Bc的干扰要比Bu大得多 ,当浓度为 4 0 0 μmol/L时 ,回收率只有 5 6 .0 %;Bu的干扰总的来说比较轻 ,当浓度 4 0 0 μmol/L时 ,回收率仍达 87.1 %;δ Bil的干扰最轻 ,随着血清中δ Bil浓度的提高 ,对甘油三酯测定影响基本稳定 ,回收率一直保持在 93.1 %以上。结论 :Bu、Bc、δ Bil对甘油三酯氧化酶测定方法影响程度不同 ,在实际工作中应予以重视。Objective To examine the possbile effect of different bilirubin on the direct enzymatic measurement of triglyceride by using the peroxidase reaction. Methods We perpared twenty four triglyceride solutions, each with a different concentration of unconjugated(Bu),conjugated(Bc),and delta bilirubin(δ-Bil). The concentrations of triglyceride was measured by HITACHI 7170 Automatic Analyzer.Results Bc produced greater negative interference with the measurement of triglyceride than Bu, when concentration of Bc was 400 μmol/L , reco very rate was only 56.0 %.The effect of bu was slight, when concentration was 400 μmol/L,recovery rate was still 87.1 %.Interference with the peroxidase reaction by δ-Bil was less than that by Bu.Conclusion Different bilirubin produced negative interference with the measurement of triglyceride. The magnitude of this interference was greater for Bc,followed by Bu and δ-Bil.
