摘　　要：概述了基于Parlay个人多媒体移动业务体系结构以及WebServices的基本原理,对WebServices与Parlay进行了比较,并给出了该系统的WebServices实现模型,最后通过一个模块设计详细介绍了具体的实现步骤。OSA is the framework of next generation network.This Paper describes briefly the architecture of personal multimedia mobile services based on Parlay and the principle of Web Services.Comparing Web Services with Parlay,then a system based on Web Services model is also proposed.Finally,the design and implement of one module is discussed in details.
