摘　　要：行政合同的基本要素有二:一、行政性,二、契约性。行政性和契约性的良性互动是行政合同的生命意义之所在。行政合同旺盛的生命力决定了其必然存在于广泛的行政管理领域。对行政合同的类型化研究有利于我们认识行政合同并针对其不同特点加以规范和控制。administrative contracts have two elements: one is administrative quality, the other is contractual quality. fluent movement between administrative quality and contractual quality is the life of the administrative contracts. the blooming life of the administrative contracts determine it exists in the extensive administrative region. the research on the category will contribute to understanding and controlling it.
