摘 要:以醋酸乙烯酯 (VAc)与丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)为主要原料进行核壳乳液共聚合 .在壳聚合阶段 ,将甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)与丙烯酸羟乙酯 (2_HEA)反应的预聚物封端后 ,加入到VAc BA混合单体中并进行聚合反应 ,得到了稳定的含PU结构的VAc BA共聚物乳液 .乳液胶膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性和力学性能都有较大的提高 .DSC及透射电镜分析结果表明 。The core-shell emulsion copolymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc) and butyl acrylate (BA), was carried out. In the shell stage, the prepolymer, which was produced firstly by reacting between toluene diisocyanate and hydroxylethyl acrylate and then by seeding end, was added to the VAc/BA monomer mixture and polymerized, so that the stable VAc/BA copolymer emulsion with PU structure was obtained. The water resistance, solvent resistance and mechanical properties of the film formed are all greatly enhanced. The results of DSC and TEM analysis indicate that the latex particles in the product are of interpenetrating polymer network structure.
