贝那普利与氯沙坦对心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能影响的比较研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨贝那普利与氯沙坦对心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法　 82例心力衰竭患者随机分为贝那普利组 (4 2例 )和氯沙坦组 (4 0例 )。贝那普利组口服贝那普利 10mg/d ,氯沙坦组口服氯沙坦 5 0mg/d。均连续用药 8周。结果　贝那普利治疗心力衰竭的总有效率为 71.4 3% ,氯沙坦为 6 7.5 0 %。两药均可明显改善血管内皮功能。结论　贝那普利与氯沙坦在治疗心力衰竭的同时可改善患者血管内皮的功能。Objective To compare the effect of benazepril and losartan on vascular endothelial function in patients with heart failure.Methods 82 cases of heart failure were randomly divided into benazepril group(n=42) and losartan group(n=40).The patients in benazepril group took benazepril 10 mg,qd and the patients in losartan group took losartan 50mg,qd,for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rates of benazepril and losartan in the treatment of heart failure were 71.43% and 67.50%.Vascular endothelial function was improved in both groups.Conclusion Benazepril and losartan may improve the vascular endothelial function in the treatment of heart failure.
