摘　　要：依据有关法律法规,通过工程建设管理工作实践,分析了业主在建设项目施工合同管理中存在的问题,提出了业主对工程施工合同的有效管理方法.供监理实践参考.The key content of construction management is for owner to manage the contract of engineering construction.The owner must set up a strong contract and law consciousness,and pay attention to the work of drawing up and signing a contract document,especially to the management of implement of the contract.The control of quality,the rate of advance in engineering and the cost are the three most important aspects of contract management.
