摘 要:在pH9.0的NaH2PO4 Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中,尼美舒利在-0.60V处产生一个灵敏的极谱波。导数波高与尼美舒利的浓度在0.5~25.0μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.06μg·ml-1。研究了尼美舒利的极谱波行为,探讨了电极反应机理,建立了测定微量尼美舒利的分析方法。In a phosphate buffer of pH 9.0, a sensitive polarographic wave given by the non-steroidal antiphlogistic drug, Nimesulide, was observed at -0.60V (vs. SCE). Linear relationship between the derivatives of peak height and the concentrations of Nimesulide was found in the range of 0.5~25.0μg·ml^(-1), and the detection limit was found to be 0.06μg·ml^(-1). The behavior of the polarographic wave and the mechanism of the electrode (reaction) were discussed. The method has been applied to the oscillopolarographic determination of Nimesulide in drug tablets giving recoveries in the range 96.1%~104.8%, and RSD′s in the range of 2.4%~2.7%.
