摘　　要：阐述了集成电子邮件、手机短信和语音电话等现代通信手段的多模态集成通知系统的功能和原理 ,重点讨论了该系统设计中的JMail组件、可靠的群发和短信编解码等关键技术 .如何运用JMail对象、ADO技术和多线程技术实现信息群发、快捷接收和处理恢复等复杂任务 .实验表明 。With the functions and principle of the intelligent notice system that integrates modern telecommunication techniques expounded, which involve email, short message of mobile phone and voice telephone, the emphasis of the paper is placed on the discussion about the key techniques during the design of this system, such as Jmail component, reliable group sending, and SMS code/decode. A method is presented to implement the group sending and information receiving by adopting the Jmail objects, ADO technique, and multi thread technique. The results have shown that the method presented in this paper has solved the key problems of the system design in group sending and reliability.
