摘　　要：文章分析了侨乡泉州企业电子商务的发展现状,探讨了泉州企业电子商务发展的制约因素,给出了加速泉州企业电子商务发展的若干建议,为政府或企业决策电子商务提供参考。In this paper,we first introduce the analysis and design of the management information system for the party members in universities that based on campus network,and then we describe the systems main functions?characters and technology.This systems application will promote the efficiency of the management for the party members in universities,and realize the automation and the informationization of management for the party members.
