摘　　要：文章就民法中物权的优先效力 ,在物权优先于债权、物权相互之间的优先权两个方面 ,结合实例 ,进行了初步探讨 ,就物权的优先效力中存在的特殊情况也作粗略的说明。The priority of thing power in this text civil law , at the proir crditor's rights of thing power and two aspects prioritys between mutual of thing power , combining the living example , and has carried on the comparatively superficial analysis , the special circumstances that exists in the priority of thing power also does the rough explanation.
