摘　　要：国民账户核算体系中的核心指标GDP,为各国经济的稳定发展起到了不可估量的作用,但是它也存在种种缺陷。绿色GDP是综合经济与资源环境核算体系的核心指标,它有总值和净值之分,是反映可持续发展的指标之一。我们在充分认识到它的重要性的同时,不能过分地夸大它的作用,要从思想观念上树立科学的发展观和正确的政绩观。GDP is the core indicator of SNA (System of National Accounts). It has inestimable influence on the steady economic growth in each country but also has some shortcomings. Green GDP has gross value as well as net value. It is the core indicator of IEEA (Integrated System of Environmental and Economic Accounting) and one of the indicators measuring sustainable development. We should fully recognize the importance of green GDP without exaggerating it and establish scientific development concept and proper concept of political achievement in our mind.
