摘  要:目的 :研究平阳霉素是否对周围神经产生损伤。方法 :3 0只雄性SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 15只。于实验组及对照组大鼠的左侧坐骨神经干处分别一次性注射 4mg/ml的平阳霉素 1ml及生理盐水 1ml。比较 2组大鼠的坐骨神经功能指数 (SFI)、坐骨神经的神经传导速度 (NCV)、神经诱发电位潜伏时(LAT)及诱发电位的最大波幅 (AMP)的改变及组织病理学和超微结构的改变。结果 :平阳霉素可引起大鼠坐骨神经的SFI、NCV、LAT和AMP发生改变 ,但可恢复为正常 ;平阳霉素对坐骨神经结构的影响是很轻微的。说明 4mg/ml的平阳霉素最终不会对注射局部的坐骨神经的功能及结构产生明显的影响。 结论 :4mg/ml平阳霉素可能不会对注射局部的周围神经产生损伤。Objectives:To investigate the injury effects o f pingyangmycin on peripheral nerve. Methods:30 male SD rats with body weight 180~200 g were randomly divided into the experimental and control g r oups with 15 in each. The rats of the two groups received a topical injection of 4 mg/ml pingyangmycin or 1 ml of normal saline respectively around the sciatic nerve in the left leg. 1,7 and 21 days after injection sciatic function index (S FI), electrophysiological nerve conduction velocity (NCV), latent period (LAT) a nd amplitude (AMP) of the rat sciatic nerve were examined. Histopathological and ultrastructural changes of the rat sciatic nerve were observed. Results :3 days after injection SFI in the experimental group was lower than tha t in the contro(P<0.05).7~21 days after injection SFI in the two groups wa s not statistically different(P>0.05). 3~7 days after pingyangmycin injecti o n NCV decreased(P<0.05), LAT increased (P<0.05); 7 days after injectio n AMP decreased(P<0.05). All parameters in the experimental group were simi lar to those in the control group 21 days after injection(P>0.05). No patho logical change was observed. Change of nerve fiber was slight.Conclusion s: Topical injection of pingyangmycin may result in temporary functional damage of local peripheral nerve.
