摘 要:①目的 探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对正常小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响及其免疫调节的机制。②方法用流式细胞仪测量小鼠胸腺、脾脏、外周血单个核细胞中T细胞亚群CD+ 4 、CD+ 8细胞变化并计算CD+ 4 /CD+ 8的比值。③结果 与正常对照组比较 ,卡介菌多糖核酸可提高正常小鼠上述 3种不同组织中CD+ 4 、CD+ 8细胞的比例 ,并在第 35天有明显差异 (F =5 .6 3~ 1 1 .2 1 ,q =5 .32~ 9.1 3,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而对CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值无明显影响。④结论卡介菌多糖核酸可以促进T细胞的分化与成熟 ,并可能通过调节CD+ 4 、CD+ 8细胞两亚群之间的平衡来发挥免疫调节作用。Objective To investigate the effects of BCG-polysaccharides nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) on T-lymphocyte subsets of normal mice and its role in immunoregulation. Methods The changes of CD + 4 and CD + 8 lymphocytes were measured with flow cytometry in the thymus, spleen and peripheral blood of the mice, and the CD + 4 / CD + 8 ratio was calculated. Results Compared with the control group, BCG-PSN could increase CD + 4 and CD + 8 lymphocytes in the above-mentioned tissues, the difference became significant on the 35th day ( F=5.63-11.21, q=5.32-9.13, P <0.05), but it had no effect on the CD + 4 / CD + 8 ratio. Conclusion BCG-PSN can accelerate the differentiation and maturity of T-lymphocytes and may exerts its immunoregulative role by regulating the balance between CD + 4 and CD + 8.
