摘　　要：阐述了回溯建库过程中遇到的问题及其所采取的对策,对如何提高数据库质量提出了几点建议,强调了回溯建库工作的艰巨性与重要性。This paper deals with the problems and strategies in sorting out and building the database of periodicals in western languages. It has given proposals on how to improve the quality of the database and pointed to the importance and difficulty of the very work.
