摘　　要：以上海某仓库楼电梯间的基础设计和施工为例,着重介绍了在场地狭小、大型施工机械无法进场、紧邻周边建筑物且与周边建筑基础交叉情况下的穿越饱和粘土的静压敞口钢管桩基础的成功尝试,取得了一些可靠的经验。Acoording to the foundation design and construction of the elevator hoist-way of a Shanghai storage building,authors introduce the successful construction of the static pressure open steel pipe pile foundation which went through a saturated clay stratum under conditions of narrow field,no large construction machines,near adjacent buildings and crossing over foundations of adjacent buildings and so on,and state some reliable experiences.
