硝普钠联合丽参注射液治疗重症心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察硝普钠联合丽参注射液对重症心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :81例急性重症心力衰竭患者随机分为常规治疗加硝普钠对照组 (4 2例 )及常规治疗加硝普钠和丽参注射液治疗观察组 (39例 ) ,两组均用药5 d。记录两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、心功能、肺功能及血压等变化。结果 :观察组能更快地缓解患者面色苍白、出冷汗、心悸、咳嗽、胸痛、呼吸困难、肺部口罗音等症状 ,30 min后其症状缓解有效率达 95 .2 % ,高于对照组的 84 .7% ;心功能 、 级的患者心功能改善程度明显好于对照组 (R 对 =0 .5 772 ,R 观 =0 .3777,P<0 .0 5 ;R 对 =0 .6 2 2 2 ,R 观 =0 .395 9,P<0 .0 1) ,并具有调节血压平衡的作用。结论 :常规治疗加硝普钠和丽参注射液能明显提高重症心力衰竭的抢救成功率。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of nitroprasside sodium combined with Lishen i njection on serious heart failure. Methods: Eightyone cases with acute serious heart failure were randomly divid ed into two group s, control group (42 cases) and observed group (39 cases). The control group was treated with conventional therapy in addition to nitroprasside sodium. Th e observed group was treated with conventional therapy in addition to nitropras side so dium and Lishen injection. Both groups were treated for 5 days. The changes of c linical symptoms, blood pressure, heart and lung function were observed. Results: The paleness complexion, the cold sweat, the p alpitation, the cough, the chest pain, respiratory difficulty, and the lung rales were allayed more rapidly in observed group. The effective rate reached 952% at 30 minutes after treatment, which was higher than that in the contro l group (847%). The improvement extent of heart function was superio r to tha t in the control group in patients with Ⅲ and Ⅳ grades of heart function(R Ⅲ=0577 2 in control group and R Ⅲ=0377 7 in observed group, P <005; R Ⅳ=0622 2 in control group and R Ⅳ=0395 9 in ob serv ed group; P<001). The treatment of the observed group also had the f unction of modulating blood pressure. Conclusion: Conventional treatment in addition to nitroprasside sodium with Lishen injec tion could distinctly raise the successful rate of treatment for serious heart f ai lure.
