经尿道前列腺汽化加电切术治疗高危前列腺增生42例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗高危前列腺增生症的有效方法。方法应用经尿道前列腺汽化加电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症患者42例,平均年龄72岁,伴有心、脑、肺、肾疾患及糖尿病等高危因素之一。结果平均手术时间45min,术后IPSS评分、最大尿流率、残余尿、生活质量评分均较术前明显改善。结论经尿道前列腺汽化加电切术,兼具二者的优势,互补不足,能在较短时间去除适量的前列腺组织,解除梗阻,效果满意。Objective: To explore a safe and effective way to treat benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) in high risk patients. Methods: 42 cases of BPH with moan age 72 years old and mean prostate weight 48 g, were treat combined transurethral vaporization and resection of prostate. Results: Mean operative time was 45 min. The operative procedures were successful in all case. The IPSS were decreased from 27.5 preoperatively to 9.6 postoperatively, PVR decreased from 125 ml to 18ml.Qmax increased from preoperatively 6.72 to 16.2 postoperatively. Conclusion: Combined transurethral vaporization and resection of prostate is a simple, effective and safe method to treat high risk patients with BPH.
